Clothes (If I've gone down a size). Spa day! Anything that will make you feel good about yourself! :) The main one when I've reached my goal weight is having my bedroom redecorated. :) (I'm saving up for it. :D)

I have a Polar FT4, I got it last week and it's great! It is pretty basic. Since having my HRM I work harder just so I can see the numbers and it helps me stay on track. The cals for exercise on MFP were way off for me.

I don't have a lot of weight to lose, but mine was seeing a photo of myself from last Christmas. It didn't look like me anymore, so I decided to do something about it before I got any bigger. :) I've changed my food habits a lot and I eat healthier. :)

I've been having laughing cow light cheese, or if I really want proper cheese, ASDA do some slices of various cheeses. I think one slice is about 80cals :)

I work out at home because the only gym nearby is really expensive. I have a lot of DVDs - Belly dancing, Pilates, Aerobic DVDs, and then of course the ones you can get on YouTube. :) I've also got hand weights :) Then also really long walks help too :)

Cheese and Beans, no butter. :) Veggie chili :) Hot and Spicy sauce with salad is one of my favourites though! :)
