Chicken Recipes.
Hey there, I'm looking for new ideas for Chicken or Turkey recipes. I make a lot of currys, roast chicken, and baked chicken breast. Anyone have any ideas? Ideally something I can make in a batch and freeze (I also don't have a crockpot) :) Thanks! :)

What have you done with your old clothes?
I'm nearing my goal weight now, and I have perfectly good clothes but they're just too big for me. So, I was wondering what have you guys done with them? Kept them? Charity Shop? I feel like keeping them would allow myself to slip back into old habits. :)

Iron Rich Foods.
I'm always finding it a bit difficult to reach my Iron goal set on MFP. Any suggestions for Iron Rich Foods? Not a fan of taking supplements, I take enough pills. Heh.

Nighttime Binge.
I live with my grandparents and my sister. While I have healthy stuff around the house, my sister is always bringing home pizza, ice cream, crisps etc. You name it, she brings it. She doesn't have a problem with her weight she can eat whatever she wants and stays skinny. She will also quite happily snack on my healthy food…

Eating out.
I'm really worried about going out to eat. Most places don't tell you how many calories a meal is or anywhere you can find this out online. What should I do when eating out so I can properly calculate my calories correctly? :(
