I'm really worried about going out to eat. Most places don't tell you how many calories a meal is or anywhere you can find this out online.
What should I do when eating out so I can properly calculate my calories correctly?

If the restaurant does not provide the nutritional information on their website, send them a message requesting it. The restaurants I have emailed have all been really good about getting back to me (Granted they were all chains)0

Oh wow really?
I never thought they'd do that, most of them are chains.
Thank you so much for the advice0
