I really like making vegetable chili. :) It's fast and simple, and you can put pretty much anything you want in there. :) I really like having steamed veggie bags around the house, just pop them in the microwave and it's done. :D

I've cut out soda/fizzy drinks because I was just drinking way too much. I've also cut down on the amount of bread I eat, but that's just because I've found other things I like more. :D

Edamame, I make sure I have plenty of pre-prepared stuff around the house like veggies I can eat raw. :)

I read them, a lot of the time things you think are healthy have a lot of sugar and fat content in them. I like to see the nutrionial information. :) I've never had anyone ask me why I'm looking at label though. No-ones ever bothered me about it :)

I'm 5'6" and my goal weight is 130, I'm 136 now. :) I have a small frame.

That's yummy, I never have my tomatoes with oil though the juice is enough for me :D Most people think it's weird I eat them as a snack, I love little cherry tomatoes! :D

I have a lot of wraps, with meat and salad. Spicy chicken is awesome in wraps. :D I take peanuts as well to snack on, and maybe some cucumber slices. Yum :)

The handwash in the bathroom says 'Suitable for Vegetarians' on it, I've always found that a bit weird.

I've cut out fast food, and now I rarely drink fizzy drinks/soda, which was a really big thing for me.

I have the same problem, I try and plan out my meals so that I won't binge later in the day. I wouldn't force yourself to eat breakfast if you're not hungry.
