Yes. I'm the smallest I've ever been and I still don't feel like I'm that different although I've lost nearly 20lbs. But I am starting to feel a little better about it. :)

I count fruit and veggies. I think like most people have already said if I didn't log them then I wouldn't be logging much else on some days. :)

I've been eating pretty healthy for a while now. I was craving donuts so I had one, after I did I felt so sick and awful. I wasn't sick, but I felt bloated and really icky for a while after. :)

Love spicy food! :D I use dried chilli flakes or fresh chillis, I only use hot sauce when I can spare the sodium :D

I love full fat cheese, I tried the low fat cheese, it went off really fast and had a rubbery taste to it.

Like others have said, you can't spot reduce unfortunately. Losing overall bodyfat should help.
