It irritates me as well. I don't know it's not there until it's gone. Which is really annoying when I go to get a treat which I've worked for, and it's not there. Definitely stay away from the fried food they pile it on in pubs. There are a lot of Hot Sandwiches or tasty vegetarian stuff in the ones I go to. :) And I agree to do some exercise before you go you'll probably feel a lot better. :) Hope this helps. :)

Omelette is a great light dinner. Dinner: Homemade - Two Egg Plain Omelette, 1 Omelette 152 Calories. Then I add a variety of veg into it! Low cal and so filling.
