I love nutella. :) I don't have it too often, and if you're only having a spoonful in your porridge, I wouldn't worry about it. :) You shouldn't feel guilty about it either. :)

I had the same problem when I was eating 1400 calories. Now I eat at least 1700 calories per day and I have incorporated strength training. I have seen a huge difference. :)

I love eating yoghurt, cheese and crackers, salads are always a nice choice. :) I eat a lot of fruit as snacks. :)
