Actually, there is no need to buy anything. He has an android/itunes app, The Mike Dolce Show, where he talks about the diet and takes people's questions. Additionally, he has a social media website where you can talk to other folks that are interested in the diet(Free to join). He also answers questions via twitter on…

The cardio machines at PF have the older style iPod connector only. I don't remember if they have a headphone jack or not because I don't really use the cardio machines and I have an android phone with my own workout playlists.

Just go talk to your trainer and if they can't get you to buy into their training methods, then either go it alone or look for another trainer. There may be a method to their madness.

I'm on my first attempt, 2nd day. I used to run daily about 15 years ago when I was in the Army but after I got out said I would never run again. I need to work on my cardio conditioning for MMA so I've decided to give it a try again. I would consult with your doctor or a specialist to see what you can do to strengthen…

If the teacher was using the program verbatim, yes I would. I'm not saying to not incorporate elements into the program. Just don't copy the whole program. I would say the same thing about non-PE classes. If a teacher came in and read verbatim out of the book every class, I would say the same thing about that teacher.
-
Yes, I would still call the teacher lazy. Develop a program, don't copy someone elses.
-
How about stop being lazy, and putting in a DVD and actually use your education/training and develop a plan for the children. That's fine if you want to incorporate some of the exercises but anyone can come in and put on a DVD for the kids.

Yes, put the liquid in the blender first with the Kale. Once the Kale is ground up nicely, add the protein powder. You can add half a banana or a cup of frozen pineapple to it. The fruit will offset the the bitterness of the Kale

One thing that I see here, and that I don't think anyone has touched on, is that it appears that you may be weighing yourself too frequently. Your weight will change day to day even if you are fanatical about your calories and exercise. Don't focus so much on the numbers on the scale. It's a hard cycle to break, but only…

I use Market Pantry brand from Target. Ranges anywhere from $18-$20.

I drink two 16.9oz Vitacoco Coconut Water with Pineapple and two bananas. That gets me pretty close in potassium. The four servers of coconut water is 240 calories. Each banana is about 100 calories. That's what I found to work for me.

Here's where I don't like those descriptions: Walking 3 days a week vs Mixed Martial Arts training 3 days a week = Light exercise, but I hardly consider MMA training to be light exercise when I can burn anywhere from 500 - 1000 calories depending on length/intensity of my training session The use of the terms light,…

Since the topic of this thread is how to reduce your waist size, here is a great analogy: Think of fat loss like puddles after a rain storm. The smaller puddles will evaporate sooner than larger puddles. The same goes with body fat. You'll start to see changes in your face sooner than your arms and sooner than your waist,…
