I was doing so good for so long, I had lost over 100 lbs, then got comfortable in my relationship and put it all back on. the past 1.5 years has been about 50 lbs of it. I keep trying but stop when I get stressed out or just bored. I need the motivation again.

I have the Fitbit Charge HR and I like it but thinking of switching to the Loop. I really want the accuracy of the chest strap. I have the Polar FT60 and love my watch but I want something that will sync and count my steps. What was your outcome on both devices. Which one are you keeping.

I am trying the low fat diet but it is by choice. I tried putting chicken breast in a crockpot with a jar of salsa and letting it cook for a few hours and it was amazing. I put it over rice or on a salad. Chicken and turkey are generally my go to proteins. Good luck.

I am having issues as well with the food at night. I do so good during the day and get my workouts in then I get home and finally sit and rest and all I want to do is eat. I need to figure out a way to get it under control.

I do the exact same thing every time. I do so good at the begining and I seem to lose steam and fall off the wagon. This time my goal is to make sure I jump right back on the wagon when I fall. I will have my days where I eat great all day until I get home and I ruin it or start off the day eating bad but as long as I am…

I am currently having a problem with Almond Butter now. I fell in love with it to the point I am just eating it out of the jar sometimes. I put it on apples and celery like I would PB but I am finding that the AB gives it such a better tase. I'm going to have to try a couple other nut butters too

I feel the exact same way. It was the drive that I need me when I first got into the fitness world. I lost 100 lbs in a year. Then met someone and it slowly crept back on. Now I just put myself first.

I went back to low carb/carb cycling this week. So far I feel great, I did it before and lost about 30 but fell off the wagon and gained that plus. I attempted eating clean but it just wasn't working for me. So far the best thing that works is low carb

Well after reading all the posts I have decided to give it a try. I need to change up the routine that I have going on right now so this is perfect. I am going to have to make sure I take my before and after pictures so I can see the results.

I have been going through the same thing my whole life. I lost over 100 lbs within a year a couple of years ago and I left myself go to the point that I gained 50+ of it back. It is taking everything in me to attempt to lose it again. I struggle everyday with knowing I need to eat right. I make one bad choice then its down…

Hi, I'm Renee from Mass, I was doing WW since January but decided I wanted to try MFP. I am beginner runner and so far I love it. I just need the extra push to keep me on track with my fitness to hit my goals. I have 3 stepkids who are extremely active and I need to do this to keep up with them.

I have been planning and logging my breakfast and lunch before I eat it for the day. My evening is too busy with the kids sports so I attempt to determine what I have left for calories and eat according. My big meal is normally breakfast which starts my day good.

I try to set up little goals to help me not get as discouraged that I am not meeting my ultimate goal as quickly as I want. I started this doing Weight Watchers in January and I have lost 22 lbs already. My first goal was 20 lbs by my Birthday (Sunday) and I met that with my weigh in on Monday. I track with MFP but I still…

I am new to MFP and so far I love it. I could use friends to bounce ideas and motivate me too. :)
