I like just a little bit of pico de gallo. I saw a friend do this once and thought she was nuts, but then I put it on my salads (typically a garden salad with bleu cheese or feta, craisins, spinach, etc....) and it's delicious. Great flavor, mixes with the ingredients well, and just enough moisture to coat.

How great it feels to drop my bath towel and NOT have it hang up on my butt shelf. HA!

How is your osteoarthritis now? I know it doesn't go away, but are you much more pain free now? I'm having a terrible time with one of my knees, and it's really making my workouts take a hit. :( PS - it goes without saying, but you look amazing - wonderful job!

Everything you've said here is spot on. You have done wonderful! - Look at those mile long legs!!! Stunning! And you're right - it really isn't hard once you get the mental patience for it!!! I dropped 50 lbs and it was easy - I just ate right and exercised, but then I gained 12 back...not a big deal...it's just 12....but…

Wonderful! It's amazing how much "life" you feel when you start living healthy. I laughed at the bike comment. I have a "roadmaster" from when I was 14 or so. Such a cool bike. But really...such a piece. :)

I like Tastefully Simple Fiesta Dip Mix. It's in a shaker - just a blend of spicy spices....makes for a delicious spicy popcorn. (I wonder what a little Lime Pepper and Cayenne would be like.....)

I have a ring that only fits one finger....and I don't want to wear it there anymore. So I'm hoping if I lose another....15 - 20...I should be able to wear it on the finger I want to and not have to deal with the resizing. :) Congrats!
