THANK YOU!!! I feel so dumb for not even thinking about the water weight. And I did eat fries last night which are obviously loaded with salt. :embarassed: Thanks to everyone for explaining something that should have been so elementary. lol. And thank you also for most of you even being so nice about it!

Have you ever seen the show "The Biggest Loser"? I don't know how much you weigh, but they have dozens of people over 400 lbs and they make all of them lift weights. Big ones, like 35 lbs. Even the girls! (I only lift like 5 to 8 lb weights. Haha). But yeah, you can totally do it. It will boost your metabolism, helping you…

So maybe it works? haha. I have to try that banana…

Maybe slightly off-topic, but do you guys think the '30 day shred' is better than her 'last chance biggest loser' dvd? I have both, and I'm doing the last chance right now. It's a 6 week thing, so I guess after that I'll do the 30 day.

Don't give up! We're not on The Biggest Loser, here. We can't expect our bodies to just drop huge numbers like that. It may seem sucky that obviously that means it'll take longer to reach the ultimate weight loss goal, but think of it this way: the time is gonna pass either way. So you can keep going and be super skinny…
