My favorite is a banana blueberry smoothie: 3/4 c plain low-fat yogurt (however I use vanilla) 1 medium banana 1/2 c frozen blueberries 1/4 c orange juice or skim milk 2 tsp ground flaxseed 310 calories per serving and will last you until lunch!
