So many great suggestions! I really like: -Cottage Cheese -Bag of Cereal -Yogurt -Popcorn -Banana -Tea -Wasa Light and Crisp -Boiled Egg Im alergic to nuts so no almonds/nuts for me :( I usually have milk but lately thats not keeping my stomach quiet!

Its not cravings, its just hunger! My stomach feels empty and wants to eat! I like the tea idea, I will definitely do that!

Have one meal a week where you can "cheat", just keep it in moderation and dont get too crazy! Thats what I do so I dont go insane missing out on what I still love!
