Congrats you can do it! I have about 14 days left so I'm just trying to focus on staying the course. The number on the scale has gone up a bit but I'm hoping that's due to my weight training and special monthly friend. No matter what though on your special day you'll be the most beautiful one there.

Hello Ladies I just started yesterday. I can really fell it in my back but nothing else. I think my squats and step ups need lots of work. My form is weird or at least it feels weird when I squat. I used 20lbs dumbbells for both moves but I think I may need a bar to help spread the weight. Any thoughts??

Congrats on the weight loss and the upcoming wedding! I'm about to start a lifting program. I don't have much info but the ones I'm looking into are SL 5X5 and the NROLFW.. I'm hoping lifting will help me to look my best while honeymooning on the beach :-)

Hi Roxanne! You have about 15 weeks till May....you got this girl!!! 25 is possible I would say track your food, and do a combo of cardio and weight training. Logging on to MFP daily really helped me as well :-)

Yay that's my wedding date as well! I'm pretty close to my weight goal...Only 1 lb left...but now I really want to focus on strength. I'm currently reading NROLFW and hope to be able to start that soon.

I have 4 bridesmaids (including the MOH). My wedding colors are orange and red so I'm having them where orange (or tangelo to be exact per alfred angelo). All the girls will be wearing the same dress. We went with an A line shape so that it could flatter many shapes and sizes :-)

Hello Meg, Have no fear. There are roughly 15weeks between now and June. So that means you can safely lose 15-30lbs by then. Just take it one day at a time. Track all your calories and workout as much as in comfortable for you. I've found that MFP really helps. Get connected, get friends, read post.... You can do it!
