  • Hi, I am a newbee at all of this. I just joined My Fitness Pal and I'm looking for motivation and goals to set for myself. I am very interested in trying this challenge. I just started working out on the Treadmill so I will give myself a week to warm up and then begin this challenge on Monday the 20th.
  • I am 5' 7" and definitely not a stick. This is my first time posting in the community. I just started My Fitness Pal yesterday. I need lots of motivation. Busy with two kids makes it hard to accomplish weight loss goals. I am hoping to stick to it this time.
