  • I've been doing a slight variation as my post workout shake and I love it. 2 scoops of chocolate whey 9 frozen strawberries 1 cup of spinach 1/2 can of full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup of almond milk For those that are watching calories: Calories: 691 Carb: 30 Protein: 74 Fat: 31
  • It takes practice but an inexpensive/accurate way to measure BF % is with skinfold testing. You can buy a caliper from the pharmacy for $10-15, I generally measure 3-4 times at each location and average them to get my BF%. I'm currently 17.8% and hoping to get to 8% by 2014.
  • I agree with mydeloo. When I haven't lost any weight in 2-3 weeks, I generally change it up by adding extra cardio, and depending on your calorie intake currently perhaps you need to lower it to accomodate your new weight? Or it's already excessively low, and you need to raise it slightly. Personally I try to keep my body…

  • Yeah last nights game was tough to watch for sure. I don't normally get stressed watching hockey until playoff time, but I was pacing in last nights game :-)
  • I second the water, I try to drink a litre between each meal. For me working out before work, and having a big breakfast (600 calorie range) always helps. Not only are you full from breakfast, but after having a hard workout I'm less likely to want to ruin it by eating junk food.
  • My favourite was IntelliJ, but I use Eclipse and Netbeans most often.
  • With the exception of a couple very scary near give away's in yesterdays game, Hamilton has looked fantastic. I've been loving the free Center Ice for January, I haven't missed a game yet. I'm tempted to fork out the 50 bucks for the rest of the year.
  • Your skinny as hell dude, great job!
