  • Probably time to worry less about the scale and more about measurements. Are you doing cardio? Weight? or a combination of the two?
  • Boobs are fat sadly enough, so in any weight loss you will lose fat everywhere. Boobs included. :( If I could keep my boobs and give up my thighs/hips I gladly would! lol

  • The original photo was a year and a half. However between then and 75 days ago there was NO CHANGE. I took more current "before" photos about 75/80 days ago but they weren't clear and there were no visible differences.

  • I am TERRIBLE about not taking rest days unless I'm forced to. There's usually a leg day, chest day, arm day, back day, ab day (which I pretend is rest day). Often back is broken up into 2 days (upper/low) or legs are broken up into 2 days (legs and calves). Once in a great great while I can be conned into doing cardio.

  • The biggest motivation I have found kind of hit me after listening to my biggest idol talk. She spoke about how it isn't the end goal but loving the process of getting there.   • No prednisone. They had me take high dosages of ibuprofen to keep the inflamation down and that was it. The doctor seemed like a moron.
