It's been posted around here before but this site is really helpful: www.getdrunknotfat.com

I like Stonyfield (not sure if that's just a New England brand) because it's only 80 cal and I can mix in some Kind granola and soluble fiber powder for a nice snack with good marcos and relatively low-cal overall.

I remember that game.

Cool idea. I'm following, looking forward to seeing what pops up.

Just jumping in so I can find this thread again. I have serious insomnia issues too and definitely need to start trying some of these suggestions.

Jumping in for the recipes. I only cook eggplant on the grill. Slice it up then olive oil, salt, pepper.

I love good beer. What I've found to be most effective for me is to cut out drinking during the week unless it is limited to 1 or 2 drinks which I plan for and make sure fit into my daily goal (however this happens infrequently). I then give myself leeway on the weekend based on my plans. I've set my calorie goals to lose…

Congratulations, that's great!

Perfect timing on this thread as my department just rolled out a bunch of ice cream and other 'hump day' treats. Lol. Me, I couldn't care less, whatever makes people happy. I actually kind of like having that stuff waved in my face and then not eating any. It's a great way to show myself I'm committed to changing certain…

Who is make negative comments? You look awesome. Seriously. For me, it's always a mixed bag. I had a couple friends tell me I looked great last weekend which I really appreciated. However, there's always the subtle implication that I didn't look great before and that's a little tougher to accept. Part of it is I just need…

Some company was giving away ice cream bars around the corner from my building today... "Would you like a free Magnum Double Caramel bar?"... Why yes, yes I would...

Check out Justin's nut butters. Peanut, Almond, etc. all organic and all good. Personally, the Honey Peanut Butter is my regular favorite but I've pretty much had them all (including the chocolate hazelnut, yum).

Oh my god, man. Unbelievable loss over such a short time-span. Congratulations!

Love seeing all the support for teams across the NFL. Passionate fans/rivalries make it a fun sport to follow. Looking forward to a great season from the hometown Patriots.

Taste is subjective so it's kind of hard to give you a definitive answer. Personally, I love them. I literally just finished eating one of the Cookies & Cream bars about 2 minutes ago and was thinking how fantastic it was the whole time. But... I also generally like the taste of protein bars. Don't buy any of them thinking…

Yep. Wish I had some big elaborate story but this pretty much sums it up. I did well with MFP a few years ago but what threw me off track again was trying to log meals when I went out to eat. Could never find a good match which lead to incomplete days which lead to missed days which lead to not logging in for a year+. Now…

Honestly, you should probably be happy about that. Less of a chance you'll have to pick the girls up off your knees after dropping a buck fifty.

You might find this article helpful: http://editorial.autos.msn.com/15-used-cars-to-avoid#1 They give a list of some years to avoid for popular car models. I was reading it the other day and remembered being surprised to see the Subaru Forrester on the list but it was older models than you're looking at (2003-07, 2009). I…
