I think that's a great challenge for you given your goals! (I actually just posted in another thread to ignore the scale.) I, personally, need to get on it to stay on point but I have a lot more to lose and it keeps me motivated. Good luck!

IMHO, at your age and weight, I wouldn't focus as much on the scale. I think you'd be better off focusing on eating healthier and setting fitness goals. You're still pretty young so your body may change over the next few years and the scale is just a number. Look at your body composition and try to work on the areas that…

My #1 problem.

Excellent. Good to know I'm not the only animal around these parts.

I will admit, I'm somewhat bias in my opinion because I have a long-standing love affair with peanut butter but there is just no way you can say chocolate and caramel are more complimentary. You need to get off the bus to crazytown. Not even close.

Oh, and speaking of 'gelatinous egg goo', am I the only one who takes a bite of the shell and then eats that part first? Is that normal or am I a total psycho? #fatkidproblems

Sacrilege! There is no better combo on this planet than chocolate & peanut butter!

I often have protein bars or shakes as snacks and I'm not doing any extra exercise either (don't you hate how work gets in the way?!). The key is to just make sure they fit in your overall calorie/macro goals. What I like about the protein bars is they're often pretty low calorie compared to a lot of snacks but will pack a…

Yes, they've mastered the wtf ness. Haha. If you haven't seen it, definitely read this article http://io9.com/the-one-literary-reference-you-must-know-to-appreciate-1523076497 (no spoilers) It adds a whole other layer to the story that I had no idea about. That site also has a really good recap of this past week's episode…

Love, love, LOVE this show. Acting, story, all top-notch. Not a spoiler but this week's episode really threw things for a loop story-wise. Really curious to see where it goes.

How rude. :grumble:

I thought, for sure, the first post was going to say "well, do you want want one?" To which I answer "yes, please"

A concert I went to over the summer.

I think the key is to schedule it like you do anything else and not allow that time to get interrupted. I know how easy it is to fill down time with other responsibilities but you have to prioritize yourself. Even if you just block out an hour and say "I will not do anything from 5:30 - 6:30".

167 calories per pint from what I've seen. (check their website) I completely sympathize with your situation, it's one I face every week. The number of calories I drink can be staggering (hence the username). However, like people have already mentioned, just do your best to pre-plan your meals for the days you're going out…

IMO, if you've never used a smartphone, I would probably go with an iPhone. Although it's not my personal favorite, it's so ubiquitous these days you know it will be compatible with everything. Also, you can find deals on the iPhone 5 since the 5s just came out and I highly doubt you need the most advanced model for your…
