That is so true! Try adding in exercise to replace the emotional eating. It sounds nuts, but it really does help. Going for a walk or focusing on stretching your muscles can be enough of a distraction that you stay away from food! It's really helped me; I too tend to eat my feelings! :wink:

Which app did you find? The ones I see all seem to include the 5K, but I want one that is a 5k to a 10K .... is that what you have?

I haven't tried Jillian's mix, but I do use Herbalife a few times a week after a run. Try adding some fruit to it! One trick is to add a teaspoon of instant pudding to the mix.
