  • Thanks :) I've lifted a little bit before, but I think it's been 2 years since my last deadlift. I never got comfortable with it before, so I ended up switching back to Zumba and using the weight machines.

  • I just got back from the gym, today was 3B. I was able to deadlift 100lb, and it felt great!

  • I got 145, which happens to be my goal weight also! We'll see though, I didn't eat that much today because I've been fighting this stomach bug.:smile:
  • I weight myself often out of curiousity, and I see the same thing. If I exercise hard I don't see the weight loss untill after the muscle soreness is gone. Hormones also play a part, I weight a couple of ponds more at the beginning of TOM.
  • I went to a gym in England a few months ago. The cardio sections were fairly empty, but once I got to the weight room it was overflowing with men.
