I am 100% in agreeance with you! It is definitely difficult to lead a healthy lifestyle with ppl around who are not! My particular struggle is avoiding the Mexican restaurant on Friday evenings where I used to enjoy two for one margaritas and chimichangas with my friend. Going on the 21 day Daniel fast which is giving up sweets, meat, dairy, and bread (unless its whole grain). Its pretty rough. Just started and I already feel like I'm starving... Going to be an interesting 3 weeks.

Definitely can understand your position. I have an 8 month old and am 5 pounds above my pre-baby weight and am looking to lose about 20. I will be a cheering you on.

I will be on the 21 day Daniel Fast which basically consists of only eating frutis, vegetables, beans, whole grains, and nuts/seeds. The biggest challenge for me is giving up sweets and bread. However, I am expecting great results in both my health and spiritual life :)
