Mine is one that I use on a different website. I picked it in case I got any friends here from that website, so they'd remember who I was. When I was a kid we had a lot of daylilies in our garden so I picked that as a reminder of my childhood :)

Don't drink too much alcohol, carry water with you as much as possible. use the fitness room if you can. I'm going on my first cruise in May and people said they knew people who actually lost weight. Don't overdo it at meal time.

That's why I wish all the entries had to be done in ounces. There's no room for misinterpretation if you eat 5 ounces of apple, rather than trying to figure out if it's small, medium, large, peeled, seeds included, etc.

You could work on it at home. Guess how much something weighs and then weigh it. I've gotten scarily good at eyeballing something correctly because I weigh everything at home!

I do it first thing in the morning, after I pee, in my bra and underwear. Was that TMI? LOL I do it once a week--I feel like my weight fluctuates day to day to get an accurate daily reading.

You know, I have tried a few of the ready to drink shakes and I don't like them. They're too thick. I have a personal trainer who also does meal planning. I don't know what program he uses but he plugs in everything I should eat and it adds up all the nutritional values, then he printed it out for me.
