I'm doing couch to 5k but I run so slow I'm only burning a couple hundred calories per session at most. I'm looking to lose about 40 lbs. and I'm looking for some quick burns (like 30-60 minutes). I can't do anything too strenuous or high impact due to some physical issues.

You are cute! And I understand the depressed mommy thing. My son doesn't have special needs but even so, it's very stressful. Like your son, he is doing great in school and that gives me hope. Imagine how much harder it would be if he were struggling in school! You can add me if you want. I also struggle with depression.

I eat cheese every day and choose to cut down on carbs instead. I get the low fat Cabot cheddar.
