i read about it and its for people who are already fit. not for beginners, but the point is to get your heart rate up super fast for 4 min. then you will burn fat all day. it sounds great and probably works, but im not trying it till i get into better shape. ( i might pass out)

i want to join...how do i join a thread? im new to MFP not sure how this works... CW: 286 im aiming to loose 100 pounds in one year....ten pounds in may sounds good. how often do we check into this thread?

you can add me...i just set a goal of 100 pounds in one year...i started jan 2nd..ive lost 14 since i started MFP total of 27. its hard but worth the work when i buy smaller jeans
