Even if you haven't read the comic book, you have to trust the writers...right? They have kept your interest this far and trust me if they use 10% of the material that is in the comic book in the t.v. show you will be pleasantly surprised.

I bought it yesterday and haven't used it yet, there are a ton of positive comments about it. I just need to schedule it in my exercise routine.

I was surprised by it too and wanted to cry but it's motivation. I celebrate each and every pound I loose so I am not trying to make a goal for myself that I know will be close to impossible to obtain.

My problem these days are not the pant lengths because I usually wear heels and that makes up for being too long, my problem is my round apple midsection. I swear I wish they would make more elastic pants until I loose a few more pounds so I don't always have to go up a size to get a decent fit.

According to my BMI I should be 111 lbs but I will be happy at 120-140 lbs

I think some people feel that there are more challenges for people who may be shorter or taller than the average person. I don't know really, I just wanted to start our own support group.

I'm been on the site for about a month but haven't requested any friends either. Welcome and friend request is on the way.

I think it's in the Ladies Annual Exam handbook that we do those exact things....to the letter.
