It depended on my mood, if I wanted Chinese food, I would get a large chicken fried rice+2 spring/shrimp rolls+an order of sesame chicken with white rice. OR If it was a pizza evening, I would order from Dominoes and get a medium extra cheese pizza+chicken wings+ an order of cheesy bread+two of those little lava cakes…

I would like to be a part of this group. I've been logging in consistently for the past week or so after falling off the wagon for a while, but I think being part of a team would be great for my morale.

I would like to lose 25 pounds by my birthday in December. I'm pretty sure that it is doable as long as I continue to stay on track. I would like to reach my final goal weight by Spring Break in March. I would like to actually go to a beach for once and rock my swimsuit.

I'm 6 feet tall and I started at 245 pounds and I'm currently around 195 pounds. Still have a ways to go, but I'm proud of my progress.

Have you been working out? If so, it's totally possible that you are losing fat while gaining some muscle which would account for the looser clothes with a smaller pound loss.

I am going to join you guys a couple of days late. I only just saw your forum! I am currently around 239.5 after a relapse of unhealthiness, but it wasn't long lived or overly severe. My biggest challenge is remaining motivated, but I am on a three day roll and I know that I can keep it up. I focus on my day to day choices…
