I think about how my aunt told me that I should just lose the baby weight and stop because I'm not meant to be skinny (I know, wtf right?). I get off my *kitten* and hit the gym to prove her wrong.

I HATED the push ups and jumping jacks at the beginning, but I started to love them because at the end i could do them without stopping and that made me happy. Now what I hate is the repetition. I LOVED the bicycle crunches cause I felt they were so effective, they are still my favorite.

I did the same thing, those pendulum lunges are deathly and I don't really have issues with my knees. I just substituted it for regular lunges, basically the Level 1 lunges. EDIT: ^^^ This was meant to be a quote reply, I'm not just talking out loud like a maniac.

We celebrated on Friday and went to our favorite restaurant (king prawns on garlic toast to start and veal with hand cut fries for mains) then we went and saw Chronicle. I'm getting a new pair of headphones and I'll act surprised when I see them.
