I completely agree that people that do not have them do not understand how dibilitating they can be as up until last year I was one of those people. I gets frustrating sometimes so Im so glad to talk to people that understand!

I'm proud of myself because for the first time in a long time I have hope and I can look at unhealthy food and feel powerful to say "your not worth it" :) And as an add on the reason I feel so hopeful is MFP.... I love this site and all the supportive people I have found here!
