When I have a migraine, fortunately food is the furthest thing from my mind, likely due to the nausea. I don't get them nearly as bad or as often as I used to. I can usually keep them under control by taking motrin/advil as soon as I notice my vision going funny on me( i always have the aura before the headache so I know…

This is what I do as well, when I pack my breakfast, lunch and snacks they all get logged and then dinner after I eat it.

Sweet thai chili sauce...so delicious...sweet and spicy all in one! It is excellent as a salad too: Cut up chicken mixed greens and spinach 1 tbsp parmesan cheese 1 or 2 tbsp sweet thai chili sauce toss together

I have a drawer full of snacks and such in my desk as well as a tassimo coffee maker on the file cabinet behind my desk. Sometimes coffee will kill my need to "think" that I am hungry!

I love my coffee too. During the week at work I normally drink two lg go mugs of coffee. The weekends, when I am at home, I make a pot in the morning and usually drink it all. Black coffee only for me so thank goodness no added calories!

While on your elliptical, choose a program that will stagger your speed, incline etc. A friend of mine is a trainer and he told me once that changing things up..ie- pace, incline etc during your workout will help you improve your calories burned by almost double in half the time as compared to walking for the same pace.

Here is my trick for using less salad dressing. Dip your fork in the salad dressing(so that the dressing is on the tines of the fork) before each bite of salad instead of pouring the dressing on top of the salad. You will be amazed how much less dressing you use!

I have recently started WW and therefore am now doing both WW and MFP. I feel that WW keeps me honest as I physically have to go and get on a scale! I love the support and great ideas that I get here at MFP. However, it really does come down to personal choice.
