Hi, I just want to tell you that Nutrisystem taught me how to eat and it really works. I lost 25 lbs in about two months. That includes going to the gym and hiking outside. I just got off Nutrisystem and am using what I learned along with this sight to keep it going. I will say that the food is not great but it is bearable…
