  • If you can I would get some 5 pound hand weights as well. I use 3 lbs for some of the exercises (shoulder work is torture for me!!) but once you get going you'll probably want to move up on at least a few of the exercises (the chest flys come to mind).   • When my husband (who is thin as a rail but has a terrible family history of heart disease) complains that he can't exercise much because his knee hurts, when I'm the one who has had 3 ACL resconstructions and arthritis in my left knee and am on week 3 of Insanity.   • They have them in the freezer section of my Giant. They also sell them at Costco. I eat the chocolate choc chip plain! Love them!!
