I am always over in my sugar, so I'm trying really hard to stay away from fruits right now. :ohwell:

I tend to do the same thing! That way I know if what Im wanting to have will make me go over for the day... then I can 1/2 the serving of a meal to allow something that I'm really wanting so I don't feel deprived. Sometimes that low fat ice cream treat at the end of the day is worth only a 1/2 serving of dinner to me!…

I microwave my eggs all the time-- egg whites, spinach, salsa, and a little shredded cheese. YUM! :)

I do the same thing. If I want something, I have it (as long as I have calories left for the day to allow the "treat") I log it and don't feel guilty. Eat it slow! :wink:

Another problem is that most will have a hard time only eating one. That is something to consider when making this recipe. It's THAT good! That's why I gave them away! :ohwell:

I made these this afternoon. I measured everything out, and counted the calories total that went into the bowl. I used the pb, honey, oats, and added 60 chocolate chips (140 calories). I was able to make 14 1 tablespoon balls and they equaled out to 108 calories per ball. I did eat one, although I was kicking myself for…

:drinker: I agree with you! I like to see the changes everyday... whether it's gone up or down. It helps to know where I am at on the scale, with how I feel and knowing what I ate the day before and how it affected my body.. etc
