I personally prefer to eat eggbeaters, or if eating a hard boiled egg I only eat the egg white. It's lower in calories, and pure protein (which is why I'm eating it!! Midol seriously helps me a TON! I am the same way around that time of the month-- I can feel it in my clothes and the scale confirms it. It's awful. :grumble: I usually cannot wear any tight shirts around that time, and try to hide the bloat with scarfs LOL. :tongue:

Mine has gotten smaller, too. it's actually given me hope that maybe I really can get rid of it... but i'm not entirely sure I can! I'm definitely willing to put in the work, just wondering if it'll ever go back to normal or not. I know it prob depends on the person?? Recommendations on workouts would be appreciated.…

That sounds good! I had eggbeaters scrambled with with spinach, 1/8c shredded cheddar, and 1tbs salsa at 9am. It's yum and keeps me going until 2! :bigsmile:

I know I could definitely be eating more veggies. Do you eat them plain, or with any low cal dips? I just have a hard time eating raw carrots/celery etc... but maybe I need to SUCK IT UP and start!! :wink:
