Can I eat less for a few days to make up for a cheat day?

Just wonderin, is it ok to do that? I went over by loads on Paddy's day due to beer, and I wanted to eat less calories for the next few days to make up for that. I've done it before and didn't hit a plateau

xx

I have done this. It helps me get back to my pre-overload weight.

Yep, as long as you average out at end of week that's what counts.

Yes, just dial it back a bit for a few days.
  • Yep, or at least that's what I do anyway!! Your calories are worked out weekly not daily, so as long as you're within your target weekly calorie intake I think you should be fine xx
