I was wondering this as well! I am five days into level 1, I have done it every day and have also been swimming, horse riding and running... not sure if this is sustainable though reading what has been said in other posts about levels two and three! I want to try and keep a mixture going though?!

Just want to ask, I am on level one at the moment, day 5 and I can do all the exercise ok except the full press up, have to do the girlie one... should I stay on level one for the full 10 days and try to get to doing the full press up or move onto level two, plan to do that for 15 days to give myself a bigger challenge…

I agree, the nakd bars are delicious and are on offer in Tesco at the moment for the boxes of four bars :smile:

Sorry, stupid question, can anyone help me understand the difference between UK and US pounds in weight, I googled it but there was conflicting information, am trying to set my goal weight and am getting confused :huh: These success stories are brilliant, am so inspired, thank you for sharing :smile:

Hi all, I did C25K last year and loved it! Having never been able to run before it was really great - I used the free podcasts from the NHS website, they were brilliant, good music and Laura is really great to listen to. She tells you how she found it and gives you tips, it's really motivational. I agree with the other…
