Hi, I think 30 day shred is the one to start with - more of an intro with three six minute circuits. I would suggest you do this one first, then people move onto the other dvd's like ripped in 30... Hope this helps, good luck! :o)

Do you think it is worth manually changing the targets for the carbs, fat and protein and if so what %? I am usually over on protein and under on fats and calories as well.
