Hi, does it matter what window of the day you eat? I work out fasted and then eat around two hours after i've been to the gym - which works for Intermittent Fasting. However, I've also read that not eating immediately after training stresses the body out resulting in fat gain.

Muscle into fat- EXACTLY! I definitely think thats whats happened, flaxseed apparently is an omega 3 substitute so a good, healthy fat. Its a bit of a weird one as am wanting to fill out but obv with the cellulite you have to be careful with what you eat and what exercise you do. I've had trouble getting my head round it…

Thanks all for the advice. I probably should try lifting heavier weights as maybe 10kg isn't cutting it! Am also adding flaxseed to one of my meals a day so will let you know if this helps too..
