I've always heard that if it's a head cold (symptoms are neck and above) you were okay to work out, but if they were respiratory (in the chest/lungs) you shouldn't. Of course I'm not an expert, so I'd love to hear everyone else's advice on this to know for future use.

GW: 135 I was 115 in high school and in the 120s in college, but that was just too skinny.

I'm 5' 7 1/2" and am aiming for around 135 or 140. I'll reevaluate at that point. In college I was 125 to 130, but I think that was a touch too thin. I started at 173 and am currently 158, so I'm slowly getting there.

I do this too. I'm doing a half marathon in a couple of weeks and I'll tell people I'm running the half marathon and then go back and correct myself and say, well I'm running it with a lot of walking too.

I'm 5'7" (and a half) and weigh 170. I wear size 14 (but they're pretty loose now). Hoping to get down to 135 or 140. I'm definitely a pear shape, which developed post-college (weighed 135 - 140 in college, size 6), so not sure what size I'll get down to.
