If you drink out of a quart mason jar it helps a lot. Two of those and you've got 8 cups already! If you have to, force yourself to drink at least two to three cups before you eat each meal. That way you're getting your water, and also it will help you with portion control!

Spinach! blend it with fruit in smothies, I swear you cant even taste it! Or put it through a juicer with apples, oranges, and/or grapes. It has a very weak flavor, and the fruit totally hides it.

I have a major love affair with my juicer, I love putting in 2 grapefruits, 6 oranges, 2 lemons and a 2in knob of ginger. Or two cucumbers, 6 apples, 2c grapes. Kale, oranges, apples, and lemons is yummy too.

About 432 total, depending on what I put into my smoothie. Sunday was .5c sliced strawberries 27, 20 leaves spinach 46, 2 bananas 210, .5c blueberries 41, .5c cherries 37, .5c blackberries 31, .5c raspberries 40. Keeps me full till lunch.

I tend to go over cause I eat mostly fruits and veggies, I'm not too worried. I'd rather go over in sugar than eat aspartame, yuck!

Fill up a 1qt mason jar (standard neck fits most blender collars) with 2 bananas, a handful of spinach, and your choice of frozen fruit, add about a cup of water or almond milk, blend till smooth. Yummy, easy, and will keep you full till lunch. Plus, its full of good vitamins and minerals!

HATED my Mirena, LOVE my paraguard. I seriously was having menopause symptoms with the mirena, it was awful. I have a clotting disorder, so I can't take any kind of hormones.
