  • I can't get past trace I read that it takes 5 days?..I actually reached Ketosis once by accident..and got worried, I called friend who worked at Jenny craig..she tried to explain it to me but I still can't get passed TRACE! I'm drinking plenty of water..and had only pork tenderloin, peanuts, and menudo...which I don't like…
