I feel your pain! I drink ~3.5 liters of water a day! Teas are diuretics, so you will have to go the restroom more frequently than other drinks.

Congratulations! I'm super happy for you! I started (again with actual intentions to follow through and do this the RIGHT way) on Feb 15th and I'm down 8 pounds!!! Hopefully getting two more off before April 6th when I see my boyfriend again!

Interesting! Thank you all for the wonderful responses. It's not that I wouldn't workout because I wanted to be skinnier, but that I would put more of my focus elsewhere (butt, arms, etc.)

Yeah, I've only really lost 5lbs but I'm seeing it in the way my bras fit- not cool. It's such a shame that we can't just pick where the fat comes off!

Thank you to all the answers. Some say I'm eating too much and just not logging it, while others say I need to eat more. I believe my college is extremely good with portion control (measuring out servings before handing them to you), although you're right, it's not scale, but dry measurement. I'll try and be more conscious…
