I don't know if I'm just slow or what here. but the calculations here are showing I should eat 2200 cals to maintain at my goal weight and my current activity level but shows me losing only .4 pounds per week if I put in 1800 cals. I think mindset is important. I think calling it a cheat day, or cheat meal isn't the best idea.
