No Plyo in the first phase definitely. I'm pretty sure the Lean version only uses Cardio and Core Synergistics.

I completed Shoulders and Arms last night. This workout is probably my favorite. I'm not sure why I chose the lean version. I kinda already broke my challenge. I had to use my bosses bathroom at work and he has a scale in there. I couldn't help stepping on it. Didn't even think about it. I'm still trying to stay off it.

I am going to challenge myself this week and not step on the scale until next Wednesday for check in. I find myself stepping on the scale multiple times a day and it just gets to me most of the time. I have never taken measurements either. I might try that just to see a NSV.

start weight: 150.5 7/6 - 150.5 7/13 - 149.8 7/20 - 149.4 7/27 - 148.2 8/3 - 8/10 - 8/17 - 8/24 - 8/31 - 9/7 - goal weight: 140 This week wasn't too good with exercising, but food choices I think I did good considering I ate out 4-5 times the past week. I plan on stepping up with a more regular exercise regiment.

I need some motivation or tips from you girls. The only time I can squeeze some exercise in is in the morning at 5. I always have my alarm go off at that time, but I can never get myself out of bed. Any tips on accomplishing this? Thanks!
