Chinese food and Blizzards from DQ. Blizzards are hard to work in the calorie goal because they have nearly 1,000 calories or more. And Chinese would be better if I could find a way to figure my calories. Oh well. It will be worth it in the end.

I weight daily. I hate this fact, but at the same time, I can't help myself. That said..I have daily fluctuations and it drives me crazy. I am guess I am ok because I am on a downward trend. Weekends kill me. But I have been eating whatever I want within my calorie goals and it seems I am actually have a better showing on the scale. I don't see harm in cutting back calories later in the week if you go over to make up the deficit.

Ok...I have completed Day 10 of Power 90. Its going okay. I have had to modify a few moves and I hate the yoga part, but I seem to be getting better at it. The only thing is I am not losing the 2 pounds a week I should be losing. I guess that is muscle gain, but it is still a bit discouraging.

It seems like after I had mine removed, my weight loss stalled too. I have lost like 80 pounds before hand and just gained after. I am back at it again, but the loss has been slow compared to my track record. I also noticed more extreme hunger. I asked my doctor about it and he just looked at me like I was crazy.
