  • This sounds like something I might be able to do. He he 1. drink more water ( I hate water) 2. stay within 1200 calories 3. Take my children to gym and let them swim while I workout for 30 min.
  • Good for you! Good luck! Sounds like you have a good support team at home. I wish I could get my husband to eat better and exercise with me. He can't get motivated! It sure would make it a lot easier for me if he would join me on this journey.
