  • thanks, this is very helpful information. I've tried tempeh before, and found it to be an acceptable breakfast meat substitute. I mostly subsist on vegan burgers and black beans, and it's getting pretty old, haha.
  • absolutely both. You will lose more weight, and tone at the same time.
  • congrats! I, too have had these same struggles. Went from 290 to 190 then back up to 220. We just gotta keep at it and remember that this is for life; not just for youth.

  • my tattoo makes me feel prettier and more confident. I was going to wait to get it, but just went for it anyway. Seeing the fat on my arm surrounding my beautiful flowers inspires me to go to the gym more often.
