i'm mostly low-carbing lately. no wheat, grains, or sugar. most of my carbs come from vegetables, and the occasional greek yogurt. i try to stay between 30-50 carbs a day.

This was me before. But I didn't feel so bad anymore when I saw that I was working harder than most people smaller than me. I felt pretty proud after I looked around and realized that. It doesn't matter your size or speed or duration. It just matters that you're giving it your best. And eventually your best will be faster…

I just started last week! I'm actually leaving to go to hot yoga class in a half hour. I love it. I'm literally drenched in sweat by the time the class is over haha.

the way people suddenly like you more because you look different. according to the way society treats you, your value goes up as your weight goes down. that's honestly the hardest part to deal with... the realization that that's all people really care about.
