I plan on starting NROL4W next week. Guess I'm just confused about the deficit. As long as I stay at -3,500, I should lose 1lb per week right?

I exercise every day. My sedentary level is set at 1600 according MFP. I'm not trying to save up calories. It just happens. I was just wondering if you should only be under by the 3,500.
