It's a stupid saying, but if it helps a person feel confidence and self esteem in their little tiny brains then I see no harm. If it's slathered all over the internet like a really cheap lotion, and it's made to make someone else feel inferior then that's harmful. Depends on the context.

for some reason when I drink a soda or eat anything real sugary it helps with the going. And if you are eating below 1000 calories expect constipation youre slowing down the transit time of your intestines. Intestines love fat, fiber, fluids, fruit, probiotics and sometimes a boost from caffeine.

Pasteurized organic milk. I don't know what witchcraft they do to this dairy product, but I swear it will outlast all mankind. Funny, the nutritionals are still the same for white sliced bread @ 15g CHO and 80 calories for ~30g. I mean eat it if you enjoy, but even the fiber content isn't that great at only 2g. Pretty knife... What kind of knives do you recommend, any tips for keeping them sharp, and cooking pots I'm looking at buying a new set but I don't know if I should go stainless steel, ceramic coated, Teflon, copper, aluminum, cast iron. Any time I try to do a bread coating it almost always falls off. It doesn't matter if I bake or fry the coating never sticks. Any tips for getting a nice golden breading?

Here in the states the FDA sets those levels. The amount of fecal contamination, mouse hair, bug parts that is allowable in food keeping our food clean and safe.
